CPA Catherine Odhiambo – Interim CEO
Catherine Odhiambo currently works at Kimisitu Sacco as the Interim CEO. She has over Twenty years in the Co-operative movement having previously worked for Vest Sacco for Eleven years. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (Finance) Kenya Methodist University, a Diploma in Co-operative Management from Co-operative College of Kenya and CPA (K).
Irene Katumo – Marketing Manager
Irene holds a Master of Arts degree in Communications Studies from the University of Nairobi, Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Kenya Methodist University and a diploma in Marketing from Kenya Polytechnic University College. Irene brings on board over nine years corporate and retail marketing and customer service experience. Previously, she worked with Family bank, The Aga Khan Hospital, Nairobi Women’s Hospital and Oasis Management Training Limited seconded by Dolphins Group. She recently worked in different locations in Ghana in a World Bank funded capacity building programme as a customer service trainer in the hospitality industry. Besides, she has work-related training accolades in sales and marketing, corporate communications, public relations and events management. Irene has a knack for offering excellent marketing and customer service that meets clients’ needs and expectations. She is a member of MSK, PRSK and Kwanza Kenya Toastmasters club which is a member of Toastmasters International-the leading movement to make effective communication & transformative leadership a worldwide reality. Irene enjoys using her marketing and customer service skills with her hands-on technical experience in communication to drive business growth and deliver customer experience.
Edith Kipsang – ICT Manager
Edith joined Kimisitu Sacco on 1st February 2013 as the System Administrator. She previously worked at The Management University of Africa as the ICT Officer and at The Kenya Institute of Management as the ICT Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Information Technology (BBIT) from St. Paul’s University, a Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering and a Diploma in Project Management. Edith has over 10 years’ experience in Systems and Network Administration.
CPA Geoffrey M. Makokha – Audit Manager
Geoffrey M. Makokha is the Internal Auditor of Kimisitu Sacco Ltd. He holds a BBM accounting option degree from Moi University and currently pursuing MBA Finance option from Jomo Kenyatta University of Science and Technology. He is a CPA-K and a member of the ICPAK. Geoffrey has wealth of experience drawn from various sectors including: Manufacturing, external audit and currently in service industry. Before joining Kimisitu Sacco in early 2016, He was the Internal Auditor of Trans National Times Sacco Limited in Kitale since 2011.
Winnie Gaceri Njoroge – HR and Administration Manager
Winnie Gaceri Njoroge has joined Kimisitu Sacco as a HR & Admin'Manager. She previously worked at Panesar Kenya Ltd as Head of Human Resource. Ms. Njoroge holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree majoring in Human Resource Management and is a Full Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (FIHRM(K). Winnie has worked over 9 years as a HR Professional in both the Manufacturing and Service Industry.
Her hobbies are reading, listening to Music and Mentoring both children and young adults
