Ms. Nkirote has over 15 years’ experience in risk management and compliance with specific skills in management information systems and organization development gained from the private, public and Non-Governmental Organizations sectors.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in entrepreneurship and strategic management Information Systems (MIS) from Kenyatta University, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Kenyatta University. In addition, she holds Diplomas in Computer Programming and process automation and Implementation from NIIT, Nairobi and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK). He is currently pursuing a PhD in international business Administration from the University of Nairobi.
Fridah is currently a Partner at FHC Certified Public Accountants (K),and the Chief Executive Officer at Algorithm Consulting a leading International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) where she is responsible for provision of strategic leadership. She is also a founder and trustee of Novi Foundation, a community-based organization focused on improved community livelihood.
She deeply passionate about leadership and volunteer work as evidenced in her current position; Mentor with Global Give Back Circles by Mastercard Foundation, Board Member at Rotary Club of Nairobi Muthaiga, International Business Networking, Association of Women Accountants of Kenya, among others.
Her burning desire is to support institutional growth and sustainability with adequate return on investment and this is the vision she brings to all her projects.
Her key to success is prayer and trust in God.
