As per the guidance of the Kimisitu Sacco By-Laws, the Sacco focus and target is on investment Chamas.
As part our strategic plan 2021-2023, we seek to ensure this category of Chamas achieve viable investments from buying of assets together to acquiring properties and building affordable housing for their members. This strategy will in turn enable us to achieve more stable membership and lead to more patronization of our products and services.
The Sacco has thus developed 3 Chama products, 2 targeting investments and one targeting the members of the Chama who shall also be individual members of the Sacco.
