The Marketing and customer service department supervises and directs the workflow of marketing, advertising public relations and customer service by assigning job tasks, facilitating interdepartmental communications and managing external communications. Their expertise allows them to allocate company resources to maximize on return on investment, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing, public relations channels and customer service to attain customer experience. They are also responsible for staying up to date on industry trends.
