Household policies cover building and/or contents against a wide range of perils including fire, additional perils, and theft of household contents. Cover for valuables and personal effects are also covered whilst outside the residence, benefits cover for domestic servants, any legal liability to the insured as the Owner/Occupier of the premises.
Section A: Building, rate is 0.125% of the value of the building
Section C: All Risk, rate is 1.5%
Section D: Domestic servants, first two servants free cover, additional @ 500/=
Section E&F: Owners/Occupiers Liability, free cover up to Kes. 2M, additional limit @10% of value
